Tim Russo

Screen Shot 2017-01-07 at 12.23.51 PM.jpgTim was born and raised in Worcester, MA where he attended Worcester Vocational High School as a culinary arts student. Tim received his Culinary Arts degree from Johnson and Wales University, Providence RI.


Tim is currently the Executive Chef at Lock 50 in the Canal District.  He has previously worked in a variety of restaurants in Worcester, Nantucket and Providence.  Their unique food concepts and the experience he gained, Tim has been able to add many skills and talents to become a very successful and well know Chef.

This has been a deep-rooted passion since an early age. Tim was a very adventurous eater and always tried to encourage others to do the same. Through this exposure, he hopes to elevate the expectation for quality dining in the Worcester area.

Screen Shot 2017-01-07 at 12.24.34 PM.jpgScreen Shot 2017-01-07 at 12.24.57 PM.jpgTim has competed in the Worcester’s Best Chef Competition where he won 1st place Judge’s Choice, 2nd place People’s Choice, and was named Worcester’s overall Best Chef 2015!   The excitement continued for Tim in 2016,  starting off  as a judge for the Worcester’s Best Chef Competition and winning yet another trophy where one of Chef Tim’s unique dishes won the Boston Bacon and Beer Festival 2016.
