Ken Zhang

Ken Zhang started his career as a sushi chef ten years ago in Tokyo Steak House, New Hampshire. After working six years in Tokyo Steak House, he moved back to Boston where he loved to live and continued his career as a sushi chef. He was the minority shareholder and sushi chef of Crave Mad for Chicken in Boston for two years. Ken Zhang is currently the Executive Sushi Chef and Co-Owner of Yummy Steak House in Worcester. He represented Yummy Steak House and won the 2nd place in the Judges’ Choice category of Worcester’s Best Chef Competition in 2016.
