After starting his culinary career at 15 in a pizza shop, who would have thought that 20 years later that Chef Bill Bourbeau's career would bloom at one of Worcester’s premier pizza spots! A Springfield College graduate, who after college decided to further his desire for cooking by traveling to Mackinac Island, MI, and with the tutelage of Chef Johnny Vincence in South Beach Miami, Chef Bourbeau found his way back to New England to show his growth in the restaurant industry. Spending several years working with WRG as well as with chef Richard Romaine, he found a home at the Boynton Restaurant. With the support of the John Family, Chef Bourbeau has helped to create one of the most popular spots in Worcester County!
