Chef Mark Hawley has been in the restaurant business for over twenty years and is currently Executive Chef of the Worcester Restaurant Group. This job involves Chef Mark overseeing the operations of the three restaurants under that umbrella: 111 Chophouse, Sole Proprietor, and VIA Italian Table.  Chef Mark's last experience with the Worcester's Best Chef Competition was many years ago when he was Executive Chef of the Flying Rhino.
