Having grown up in an Italian household, parlaying a career out of food seemed a smart, viable and seemingly easy option for Chef Ian Hunter. He sank his teeth into the food industry (pun intended) and never looked back. Nineteen years later, still with that childhood sense of awe and wonder as to what will come next, both for the food industry and himself. Having trained with chefs of multiple backgrounds, he doesn't limit himself to any one style of cooking, but always seems to find his way back to his roots with Italian cuisine, hopefully to make his mother and nonna proud.
