Chef Donnie Altiery Jr. is from Southbridge, MA and graduated from Southbridge Highs. He always knew he wanted to be a chef from all the hours he spent in his grandparents' kitchen to countless hours of watching Food Network.

After high school, Chef Altiery went to culinary school at Le Cordon Bleu in Cambridge, MA, and while in school he wasn't sure if cooking was what he wanted to do for the rest of his life so he stepped away from the kitchen for a while, but he love for food brought him back.

He started his own catering company called 44 Catering in 2016 to get back to doing what he's passionate about. Since then, he created a restaurant from the ground up and then went to work for The Hangover Pub/Broth.

Donnie is now the executive chef at the Heritage Country Club, where on top of banquets they just implemented a dining program, welcoming the public to come to the country club and enjoy their amazing food and weekly-changing menu.
