Steven Blair is the Culinary Admissions Representative from Johnson & Wales University. He graduated in 2007 with an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor’s in Marketing. Upon graduation, he took a job doing corporate dining at a location just outside of Boston. He started as the sous chef and progressively worked his way up to the chef manager position over the course of 6 years. Blair currently travels to high schools and speaks with students about opportunities at Johnson & Wales and in the culinary industry.
