Chef Jonathon Paradise began his culinary journey in 1998 after serving in the United States Army. He attended Disney's Institute of Culinary Arts while simulaneously working for the Disney Resort restaurants. The selection of restaurants gave him exposure to different types of cuisines. Upon leaving, he decided to move forward to Charlie's Steakshouse. He maintained a sous chef position there for four years before choosing to move back home to central Massachusetts.

Since then, Chef Paradise has worked as a sous chef in multiple restaurant in the area including Spencer Country Inn, Brew City, and Peppercorn's Bar and Grill. Now at the Beechwood Hotel, Chef Paradise stated as a sous chef at Ceres Bistro and transitioned into the banquet chef. Upon joining the Beechwood crew, he increased community involvement with organizations such as Worcester Cares, No Kid Hungry, and Fork It Over. Jonation continues to offer creatives and innovative ideas in a learning environment for those he manages.
